People usually make an appearance at several such gatherings.

여러 개의 모임에 참석하게 되는 경우가 많다.

 

They often feel tuckered out because of the many drinking sessions.

연속된 술자리로 피곤을 느끼기도 한다.

 

Still, meeing people of a kind at the tail-end of the year helps to bring the year to a close.

그래도 연말에 마음이 맞는 사람들과의 모임을 통해서 한 해를 정리하는 느낌을 갖게 된다.
