These changes are helping to protect students' human rights and give a boost to creativity.

이러한 변화들이 학생들의 인권 보호와 창의성 신장에 도움이 되고 있다.

 

When students muddy the waters during class and get in the way of other students' right to learn, teachers lack the means to effectively stop them.

일선 교실 현장에서는 일부 학생들이 수업 분위기를 망치고 다른 학생들의 수업권을 방해하는 경우에도 교사가 이를 효과적으로 막을 방법이 없다.

 

Teachers sometimes are at a disadvantage even when they discipline or educate students properly, because they stand accused of trampling on students' rights.

심지어 교사가 올바르게 학생들을 훈육하거나 지도할 때는 학생 인권을 무시했다는 이유로 오히려 교사가 피해를 보는 사례를 종종 접할 수 있다.
