Because the market is big, and there is a juicy opportunity to rake in profits, many big-budget productions from Hollywood come to theaters in Korea first.

영화 시장 규모가 크고, 수익을 낼 수 있는 좋은 기회가 있기 때문에 할리우드 대작들이 한국에서 가장 먼저 개봉하는 경우가 매우 많다.

to rake in profits은 앞의 명사 opportunity를 꾸며주는 형용사 역할입니다. 즉, to부정사 형용사적 용법입니다.

 

It's common to see Hollywood stars visit Korea to shop around their movies.

할리우드 배우들이 자신이 출연한 영화를 홍보하기 위해 한국을 찾는 것은 흔한 광경이다.

가주어 it으로 시작하는 문장이네요. to see 이하가 진주어이고, 주어 역할이므로 to부정사 명사적 용법에 해당합니다.

진주어 안에서 see라는 지각동사가 나오면서 목적어 Hollywood stars가 나오고 목적격 보어가 visit이 동사원형으로 오게 되었어요.

to shop around their movies는 '~하기 위해서'라는 의미를 갖는 to부정사 부사적 용법 중 '목적'입니다.
