어떤 곳은 아이를 돌봐 주는 직원들이 있어서 부모들은 느긋하게 수다를 떨거나 다른 일을 할 수 있다.

to baby-sit은 앞의 명사 employees를 수식해주는 형용사적 용법으로 사용된 to부정사입니다.

 

Kids' cafes are also life-savers when the air quality is bad due to fine dust, or in bad weather.

미세먼지 농도가 높아서 대기 질이 나쁘거나 날씨가 안 좋을 때도 이런 키즈 카페가 있어서 큰 도움이 된다.
