• first-hand account: 직접 경험한 이야기
• lodging facilities: 숙박 시설
• make it a point to: 반드시 ~하다
• goods and services: 상품 및 서비스
• plan a budget: 예산을 세우다
• travel expenses: 여행 경비

Anyone can find what they need to travel if they set their mind to it.

마음만 먹으면 여행에 필요한 것을 누구든지 얻을 수 있다.

 

They are very useful because they provide photos and videos taken on-site, with first-hand accounts of experiences.

현장 사진이나 영상과 더불어 실제 경험을 자세히 제공해 놓아서 매우 유용하다.

first-hand는 '직접'이라는 의미입니다. '간접적인'의 표현으로는 second-hand가 있습니다.

 

I make it a point to check information on restaurants and cafes.

특히 식당이나 카페에 관련된 정보는 반드시 챙기게 된다.
