It's not a stretch to say that half of the people that are out and about with earphones on are using Bluetooth earphones.

요즘은 이어폰을 꽂고 다니는 사람의 절반이 블루투스 이어폰을 사용한다고 해도 과언이 아니다.

첫번째 that은 say에 대한 목적어 자리에 온 접속사입니다. 생략 가능해요.

두번째 that은 앞의 half of the people을 선행사로 받는 주격 관계대명사입니다. 명사절 접속사 that절 안의 주어는 half of the people that are out and about with earphones on입니다.

 

Wired earphones are a pet peeve for a lot of people because they get tangled up often.

유선 이어폰의 경우, 선이 자주 엉켜서 불편해하는 사람들이 많다.

 

The only problem is that wireless products have to be juiced up every day.
