traveling은 앞의 명사 people를 수식해주는 현재분사입니다. people과 traveling사이에는 주격 관계대명사와 be동사, 즉 who are이 생략되었습니다.

이러한 세태 변화로 인해서 기존의 전통 명절 풍습이 사라져 가고 있다고 걱정하는 사람들도 있다.
