• go all out: 특별히 기분을 내다, 전력을 다하다
• go-to: 자주 선택하는
• favorite preparation: 선호하는 조리법
• can't get enough: 질리지 않다, 매우 좋아하다
• blanch something (in boiling water): (뜨거운 물에) 데치다
• sea cucumber: 해삼
• sea squirt: 멍게
